Doctors Database For Website
Required skills: Programming, LDAP, MySQL, Oracle
I am looking to put together a website that will allow you to input a zip code or area and have it give you a list of the doctors in the area and the types of doctors, The database is already in use in a number of websites and I would like one too. You may use or find an existing database and make sure it is exactly what I want and the project will be done, I need the database in a format that is search-able like MySQL or a CSV file, I want to be able to run it from a Wordpress/">wordpress blog.
If you know where to look and how to put this together this is a very easy project, I will give this project to the firs person who knows how to do it.

3. Style should come close to existing style of site, but I welcome suggestions to make it better and improve sales conversion.
4. I prefer the collection database to be MS-Access 2000 compatible. I will be using VB6 to access the database for other purposes.
5. Output will be a newsletter with multiple links to Articles/">articles emailed to the subscriber list.

recipe database for website by cruets
mentioned.... recipes must be organized in catagories.
Have a recipes database on cdrom, (win 95) but have no idea if you can extract, probably protected.

Php Database On Website Update.
fatal error as listed below. "Fatal error: Call to undefined function tep_href_link" I would like this error corrected and the database moved over to a newly updated website. The data is still intact and we have maintained a backup of the data. I am open to improvements in the database and a simplification of the input screen. Throw me out some suggestions and both a bottom line price for repair and re-installing the database on the new site and also for pricing of improvements.

Database for website
clients to be able to log into this page using a password provided by me. Clients should then be able to browse the entire list and add songs to a playlist for their event. They also need to be able to add songs to a playlist that may not be in the database. This playlist then needs to be forwarded to my email address with all the client information attached to it. I would also beed to be able to update this list of songs myself.
