Create A Selling Software

Hi Everyone,
I want someone to create a selling software for me who could run on windows XP an Vista and 7.
Basically this software would be used to enter order and create quote.(With pictures)
Software will need to update itself directly on the web using 2 excel database (1 is the customer database and the other one is the product db) and all pictures on a ftp site.
It also need to work with a scanner.
I have attached a small video of a software that look very much like the one I want you to create.
Once order are complete, they would need to be sent as a text file attachment to an email address. (Once again I have attached a .txt file to show you how it should look like.)
Please take a look at the video and if you have any question feel free to ask me. (I know the video as a very bad quality, but If you are very interested by this project, I'll give you the link of a better version, so you can have a better look).

Create a tiny software for Laser create and read ILDA files
to create an .ild file (ILDA FILE), and send this .ild to the laser.
