Word Press Multi User Automati

Hi, I am itnerested in hiring someone who can configure WPMU (Word Press Multi User) to post by email without using SSH. Or if you have oe can build any automated WPMU posting solution I would probably be interested in it.

WPMU to make the best recommendations and fits for each plug-in, layout, funcionality etc. This person / company will be responsible for creating both an aesthetically pleasing design for the site (including logo) as well as installing / coding the custom theme including navigation as outlined above. For those interested (that meet the qualifications of experience and expertise) I can provide other sites with the designs I like. Don't hesitate to ask questions or make recommendations.

We need a multi site installation of Drupal, template design for Drupal sites with Content Management and market place, special focus on development of news aggregator. Also need some word press installations and template development/ adpatation. The sites will need MySQL databases and common registration and user management.
Only experienced coders with references and time bound delivery record need write.

Right now I am using a plug-in to display my copyright info, but I cannot make it to show in the middle of the page.
