Simple Vb App. Code.
Required skills: Visual Basic
I require the code for a very simple VB application, which when launched, asks the user to specify the values of several variables. Then when completed, the app creates a new file containing several lines of data, which will include the specified variables in it, and prompts the user to save it as a php file.
I require the code for this to be usable in Visual Basic 2008 or similar so it can be modified by myself later to capture different variables for different situations.
The initial variables I require capturing are:
1-Username
2-password
3-contact email address
4-domain name(URL)
5-site name
Then the php file created needs to be something like:

$ username = "VARIABLE_HERE";
$ password = "VARIABLE_HERE";
$ emailinfo = "VARIABLE_HERE";
$ domain = "VARIABLE_HERE";
$ yoursitename = "VARIABLE_HERE";
?>
I also have a similar application which does the same type of thing which I can provide if more clarity is required of what I need.

- Closes upon successful save

Simple vb.net app by Timgt
" and "password" and, if both match, it will allow a file (ONLY with extentions .gif, .jpg, ONLY 500k or less) to be uploaded. If there is a username/password error, it will not accept a file to be uploaded. The file that gets uploaded must automatically be named to "username.gif" where username= the person's username. It should replace any existing file with that name.
That is it! I am looking to get this built ASAP.

-- Location, when press will send location coordinates to the server
