Facebook App Post On Wall 2

I have an application on facebook, i need someone to add a simple code so that when someone runs my application it posts it on there wall as well.

(I will provide you with script to do that) and post on the user's wall.

The script should have the following features: Invite Friends, 'Like', and Post On Wall

Your job will be to generate this in PHP+Mysql. You will also be in charge of the design of the script. You will need to design a Facebook app that is simple to use and appeals to the general audience on Facebook (I want something nice and fancy, with good graphics)

1) Show a welcome screen with and image and begin button
2) Do a questionary with 5 fun questions (multiple choice answers)

4) This application can be either online or offline. The data will not necessarily have to be retrieved live since I only need information from very specific dates
5) Trace who commented on whose status. Eg., given a person's name, I can trace whose status he/she commented on. (I believe this is all database queries so something flexible where I can manipulate the search)

As stated before, I belive the main core is already done, so the rest remains simple database reading and writing along with simple logical php scripting to get done.
