Simple Iphone App For Rss Feed

We need to create a very simple iPhone App for allowing users to grab our RSS feed and view that online.
The finished App shall be available to use in both compiled and uncompiled form so we can make future changes to it and its code. We will retain full rights to the App after your work is done. if you perform good work for our clients, we will surely use you in the future for other iPhone App projects. We are looking for a longterm partnership!
This app will have a logo on the welcome screen and then simply list the RSS feed headlines, date, and time. When a user clicks on the headline they can go visit the full text of the article. From that article, the user can navigate back to the full list, or the user can send the article to a friend or send the article to twitter.
We will provide you the RSS feed and the logo.
This is a fairly easy App to create and we hope you can do it on our limited budget and limited time. Please send me samples of past simple iPhone Apps you have personally created.

Simple Andriod/iphone App For Geolocation.
be to hard for someone that can do it. I have only taken a weekend to work with both iphone and andriod and create "where is my car" app for both. I just need/want someone that has a little more knowledge to put it together for me.
