Hi there,
I need some developpers to start a website from scratch.
The idea is to build a website that works exactly as Digg.com but with another niche market. Sorry if I do not go into more details but I don't want our idea to be everywhere.
I will provide a technical specification documents with why, what and how + wireframe + mockup of the site.
I want this site to be coded in Php and a drupal CMS.
To sum up:
- front end
- back end
- administration interface to get figures and results
- automation emails system (to send to registered users).
Once this task is completed, I have already the design/idea to duplicate that onto Mobile Application (iphone/android).
I know it's hard without more details but could you send me rough quotes for the webiste creation only as well as some deadlines?
Let's make the code as if I wanted a duplicate from Digg.com.

Upload a new image to a specific album (submitted via http post)
All of these methods are for the currently logged in user. I will fill in the details of each of the needed methods when I away the project for privacy reasons.

Social engine custom rating system
ze highest rating. This is to be used on a social network based on the social engine software. Users rate other users in several categories. Some, or all categories are then summarized to make a hihger level of rating lists. (I.e. months best, best of the year in catrgory, and so on...). Wehave not been able to find a plugin/component which does exatcly what we want. If you are aware of such existing, we would be happy to be informed.
