I need a password data created for storing passwords on the web.
It should use php and mysql and be usable on either a windows or linux web server.
Passwords should be store in the database encrypted with a configurable salt.
password will have these fields associated with it.

So we need is three web services or a web site one to verify users with active Directory (AD), 2nd to check the passcode and third again with Active Directory (AD) to reset the password with random characters. May be you can create a web page performing all these 3 services.

en opens up their calendar for the month and they can see previous or future months a swell. I want each person to have an account to log in with.
As for the admin section, I would need to be able to add information to any artists calendar and be able to access their calendars too. This would allow me to organise the business better than give my artists a quick overview of their upcoming gigs throughout the weeks and months.

Web-based Electronic Medical Record

There needs to be a Admin pannel to add new staff as needed, and to be able to access the users accounts to review the records. The forms will need to share information between them, so that info f/ 1 form is transferred on to the other forms as needed. Attached here is a basic draft of what we need. Past experience w/ creation of EMR/EHR will be highly preferred.

I need someone to finish it off for me. The previous company took forever to produce what they have done and I am very frustrated at the delay. I therefore need someone who is an EXCELLENT and QUICK programmer to make sense of the site and finish it off for me.

What we need is to display a message to the user if somebody is currently accessing that particular record that says "Warning: user_123 is currently editing this record. Any changes you make will not be saved. To make changes, please check back in a few minutes."
We also have a couple of other small issues that we need to have fixed.
