Adwords Account Reorganized.

I have an adwords account that isn't set up correctly and have just learned how it needs to be set up. I need all campaigns to be broken down into adgroups that contain a single keyword (in broad, phrase and exact match so three per adgroup).
There are 6 campaigns I think. Help creating new ads would be a bonus and I've been told exactly how to write those as well.
