Create Word Doc From Pdf 2

I have a 4 page document, and the first 6 pages of a second document, attached, that I need re created into an editable, formatted word doc. The formatting should be similar to the attached docs, but you don't have to be perfect in regards to formatting (margins, spacing, etc.). Where you do have to be perfect is spelling and structure. In addition, please make it so a newbie word user can edit it. No text boxes, etc. if you can help it. This is a rush job, please!
