Easy Photo Gallery Script

Hi,
I need a programmer with excellent knowledge of php, js, and CSS. Possibly Ajax. No database needed or wanted!
I'm after my own version of a gallery script like this one: www.wingnut.freitagmorgen.de
Script file should be one file that sits in a folder along with the files it needs to run (slimbox2 and js etc) and the images for the gallery. It must make the image thumbnails automatically as the above script does.
I will want to control the number of images per row and the spacing around them. I also need the CSS to control the look of the gallery.
Take a look at the above to see what I mean. Script must belong to me with no rights issues etc and be fully tested on your server with ability for me to test then download and test on mine.
Happy to escrow half into account on start with release half way through and then remainder once installed, tested and any issues resolved on mine.
Must be tested and work in all modern browsers - IE6 too if possible.

Photo Gallery Script

Then all images existing in the folder will be "automatically" presented as an image gallery with lightbox-like popups on each of the 3 web pages!
When a user clicks on a thumbnail I want the large image to open up in a lightbox.
That is the best I know how to explain what I want

Image Photo Gallery Script
doing so they will answer questions about the photo that I have setup in the admin section. Once the questions are answered the photos are uploaded.
When users go to browse the photos, they will be able to use the same questions to sort/filter the images to their needs.
It's really pretty simple!
