We are looking for someone to develop a comprehensive survey product. The product would allow web-based users to develop their own surveys for such uses as surveying their customers, surveying their employees, or any other survey uses. The survey tool would need to be quite complex and would need to have the following features: (a) skip logic (eg., if one answers a particular way on one question, it would automatically skip to some other designated question), (b) support different types of questions (such as mutliple choice, allow for prose responses, allow for ratings on scales from one to ten, etc.), (c) support different languages, (d) reporting tools for survey results, (d) the ability to download results to a spreadsheet, and (e) other features. The ultimate product that we have in mind would be similar to Survey Monkey.

Php Survey Script Debug
ege students last semester. The script was uploaded to our website but there is at least one primary bug, not letting us add student users so they can't even take the online survey. I can provide a Jing video of the problem in action, all the program files, and administrator access to the current upload of the program so you can walk through it. I need this program debugged and working fully so we can upload the corrected version and use the program with students as soon as possible.

Need To Extract Data Stuck In Mysql File
ver got around to writing the php code behind the link. Thus, we have survey data on a couple of hundred people trapped in a MySql file and I need to be able to export it in Excel file or ASCII file format for transfer to our statisitcal software program (SPSS). The survey data consists of 10 demographic data points and 38 numerical survey answers for each person. I can provide bidders with a short Jing video showing the actual data points/types that was entered by each participant.
