Implement Php Script In Joomla

e script has 1300 lines and what it does is:
Get some xml and display the info.
Allow the visitor to add search parameters
Allow the visitor to view details
Allow the visitor to send a contact form from the details page
No backend needed

Also, some CSS fixing is needed to show the component properly in Joomla.

the modules and features of the music php script need to run inside joomla CMS. I want to run script on front end and back as a coponent,plugin, and module. This is simple job for joomla/php expert. I have made many modifications and I have some features that this script does not.

Now I'd like a simple A - Z alphabets show up on top of each page in joomla where if I click on A, it shows me all of the people whose last names start with alphabet A.
