Modifya Php Module To Send Msg

We bought a dating site that has a lot to ofer with already members in it. The problem is that i can not send message to my user to tell them to log on the new name. Everything is in perfect order and work fine except this. If i try to send message now it send too many message at once and my hosting server does not allow more than 500 message and hour, so i need a little tweak in the function to tell him to send 500 message wait one hour and send another 500 etc ... each hour.
Budget is very low we already spend a lot of money and it has been 2 months already that people still log on the old agency.

2) All bounced emails should be forward to a txt file (that we can download ) from postmasters or where words like 'failed', 'undeliverable' etc appear in the subject line.

PHP function to send personalized SMTP mails
a PHP function that accepts three parameters:
-Recipient E-mail Address
-E-Mail Subject
-E-Mail HTML
and send the email using an external SMTP server.
SMTP server details will be provided to the function as static variables so they should be included into the function.

an extra module for an existing mod that rips videos from adult tube sites. The module currently supports 8 sites. I want to add one more site to the modules current base. The script is well written so it shouldn't be much work to add an additional site. Unfortunately I cannot give you the code of the module to analyse as this is a commercial script that is licensed.
