A web skin/theme designed (for an online searchable site) in photoshop (.psd) and once agreed want it cut out to a HTML template.
1. Design in Photoshop
2. Clearly defined colour scheme
3. PSD's should be easily changeable and sliced. Output the skin to CSS
4. Create a template html page to show how the design works with all controls with CSS applied.
5. Flash on the front page.
Convert PSD to XHTML and CSS. Must be W3c Compatible. No Tables. Should be compatible with all browsers.
I will send the outline (not images as you will need to provide me something suitable) and ideas how it should look like.
I have design spec as well that should guide you further.
Must be impressive, polished and professional in every respect.
Must agree to sign NDA and contract.

No templates.
The site will have forms but the link and programming will be done separately. 1 probably on main page

At least 2 main page designs (Master and General Templates are a minimum) plus 3 extra with limited changes
At least 1 custom graphic in FLASH
Graphics provided by the designer or purchased from stock photos if reasonably priced
No logo as this will be provided by me
Clean SEO friendly
Dynamic content so should support and aid for me to change content
Corporate theme
Valid XHTML/CSS W3c Valid, Div based, working in all the browsers

Need a web 2.0 website designed for a technology related small business. No programming is needed - just design. It will be about 4 primary pages plus home. We will need psd files as well as complete HTML/CSS/JavaScript. Please post links to your work along with your bid.

For information about infusionsoft, go to www.infusionsoft.com. I'm a certified reseller for the site. This template will need the infusionsoft logo and to be simular to Infuionsoft in colors and feel.
Sites will be about 950 pixes wide. Would like nice footer with my logo on it.
I'll give details later on before project begins. I'll be awarding this project on monday.
