I would like to install a Live Help buttom making it easy for users to communicate by chat with the customer service.
I already used some modules, but none of them is exactly what i am looking for. I want the Live Help support connected to any chosen MSN/skype username. Like this, when my msn is open, people will be able to speak to me, even if they dont have msn/skype.
I dont know if it is possible, i am open to any suggestion.
