Wordpress - Remote Ftp Upload

I'm looking for someone to code a FTP upload "PLUGIN" for word press. This plug-in needs to have its own config area like most Word press plug-ins have. Within that config area there needs to be some basic settings.
First I need to explain what this plug-in will do:
It needs to connect to a remote FTP server (NOT THE FTP SERVER THAT THE WORDPRESS WEBSITE WILL BE HOSTED ON. A REMOTE FTP SITE INDEPENDANT OF THE CURRENTLY HOSTED WEBSITE) The goal of the FTP uploader will be for uploading primarily large graphic files. Generally around 500MB files. However the sizes will range up to and may sometimes exceed 1GB.
Within the plug-in settings page there needs to be some sort of link to the "FTP PLUGIN PAGE". That way I can copy the URL and put a link to it where ever I want within the website. An area to enter the remote ftp address, and the email addresses to send verification email to. (an additional email will be sent to the user but that email address will be obtained from the following form)
There needs to be a form that collects the following information:
a. Client name
b. Job name
c. Your name
d. Your email
e. Notes
Workflow and features of the plug-in:
1. Once visiting the website user click on the link. After that they are presented with a form (see above). After clicking submit the user is then presented with the uploader.
2. User needs to be able to browse their pc and select "MULTIPLE" files for upload.
3. After files are selected the user can then add or remove files as necessary.
4. After files are added to a queue there needs to be a "UPLOAD" button to begin the file upload.
5. Once user clicks upload they will then be prompted for FTP login information. This login information will be provided to the user by us... probably through an email or some other form of correspondence.
6. Finally after successful login the upload will commence.
7. This plug-in needs to look clean much like http://dhtmlx.com/docs/products/dhtmlxVault/ but with an actual progress bar not a scrolling "working" progress bar but an actual progress bar with a percentage of completion.
8. After the upload(s) complete automatic emails will be generated to us that alert us that the "following files" have been successfully uploaded. A second email needs to be generated alerting the user the files were uploaded successfully.
The email that is sent to the user and us will contain the following information:
a. Client name
b. Job name
c. Your name
d. Your email
e. Notes
f. List of files uploaded and file size
g. Start time of upload & finish time
h. The name of the folder that the files reside in - (ONLY AVALIABLE TO OUR EMAILS)
Note: The upload plug-in needs to automatically create a directory using the "Job name". If this is the case the plug-in needs to automatically decide if that directory already exists. If it does than it needs to automatically add an _1, _2 or _3 etc…..at the end of the new directory name and continue on as usual.
Finally installation of this plug-in needs to be easy. Just as you would normally install a Word press plug-in by uploading a folder with the plug-in name and files to the appropriate directory within the word press installation.
I'd like for this plugin to take on the css styling of my wordpress theme.

Wordpress user role/upload plugin
l want to upload 4 songs, they will first need to register and then pay a fee to become a premium member. Once paid they will then be able to use the upload form as many times as they like.
The upload form will have to be connected into wordpress itself, i would like for the form they file out to get created into a post automatically.
