It's our preference that the sites be developed sequentially (one first, then the other). If it is cheaper developing them concurrently, please include the lowest price. Please also indicate which method you have quoted for, sequentially or concurrently.

I need someone who can help create and fix-up two wordpress blogs for two different restaurants. Both websites will have around 5 tabs and need nice graphical headers created. Each will need about 5-10 custom widgets and overall is very simple and straight-forward. Time frame for completion is 3-5 days.
