Required skills: Perl/CGI, MySQL
Ths is only modification to a existing working scripts that we will provide to add the extra features below:
this is for a real estate website admin where the user can see site visitors. He would be the super user and then his agents would be users:
1. add user permissions
a. my user would have administration rights (rights to everything) super user
b. another set of privileges would be added so select users could only go to a separate version of the “visitors page”
i. This new type of user would only see leads that were assigned to them ( an new database field that we would create)
ii. The new visitors page would only have export options if it was an admin.
2. user admin page
a. admin would be able to administrate users
i. I could add, remove, enable, or disable users
ii. I could change users permissions
b. Audit trail
i. I would be able to see the last time and history of log in sessions
1. I would have a history of
b. Ip address
2. I could sort the page by user, ip, or date and time
ii. I would be able to block ip addresses
iii.
3. admin visitors page
a. this page would allow me to select which user was assigned to the lead
b. I would have the option to select a user and only see the leads assigned to them
c. User field would be added but would be only 2 characters in width and have first 2 characters of username
d. A new field would be created to show when the “status” number was last changed
i. A separate page would be created for me to edit “status” pull down selections
4. can the usable space on the back end be expanded to a large width? (1000 pix width for example)

a. new field to show the number of properties the user looked at total
b. new field to show the average price of the units looked at.
WE will provide all existing scripts and clear screen shots for this task

So the script is active, up, and running, but just in need of the above changes (my perl knowledge is not that deep). Its posting now, but using the username/password as the naming basis for the postings (username.dat). I want to have the filenames be assigned automatically, so no username/password would be required on the user end.
I figure for someone who knows perl, its couple hours worth of work?

need to be fixed: When you open up the page where you look for a job to down load it should say Project awarded to Big B right now it says Project awarded to RO
#6 there used to be on the admin side a spot to see all users im sure the script is still there but need that added back to admin side so the client can see.

Actually, the OpenSRS Api is programmed in PHP. The perl programmation is deprecated and OpenSRS technicians do not continue to code in perl.
For me, it means redoing all my website. On the other hand, I do not know how to schedule(program) in PHP.
I need a coder knowing perl to do this update.
