Everything is already laid out. Straight forward conversion. Most of the website is already chopped up with valid code. Need help finishing the rest. Need additional details for the bid? Ask. This can be done in probably in 1-2 hours, since I already did so much of the work.

Home2.Jpg - Same design the only change is the page Bg and top navigation Icon size
Link-tabs.jpg - this is the link page everything is same as home page , you need to make 3 styles of tabs sets as mentioned in the image.

st be Dynamic. All elements of webpage must be layered and build within CSS to allow for future editing. For example, a buttons will NOT be a single image. Instead it must be small pixel images generated in CSS, with the Text overlaying on top of the image.

Psd To Xhtml/css - Easy Job
Simple PSD to XHTML/CSS, must be tableless coded, without errors, W3C validated.
There are few buttons and there is one table in design, that can be normal table ofc.
For menu you can just make it hover, which should be really simple, otherwise no forms or anything, just simple images and texts.
We need this done today!
