We are a real estate company. Our website address is www.realestateconnectllc.com . We are interested in hiring someone for logo design and branding work for our company. We would like a design that it is up to date and professional looking. We do not want something that looks generic. We would like to use the logo with our current website design, so of course, we would like the design to fit in with our website.
Upon completion of the project, we will need all vector files and jpg/bmp files, files for business cards, and custom Word file for stationery. We will also require the assignment of all rights to the logo and branding work.
In your proposal, please be very specific regarding what your proposal includes, indicate how many logo and branding designs you will provide, the number of revisions you will provide, and anything-else that your proposal includes.
Upon the conclusion of the project, if we are happy with the product, we would like to hire the chosen designer for another project. The project will be the design of a corporate brochure. ow, green, orange and any other that would look well with them. I want to play on Sunshine but not the preschool drawings. I would love the cake to be accented with either gerber daisies, spider daises and even sunflowers. We want a catchy logo and slogan. I want curb appeal in it. In the south folks are simple and ritzy. I want to project that something that is eloquent does not have to be pricy. I can't wait to see the results.

The first I will expect is a full document proposal with mockups.

I did have a logo designed by someone here that just grabbed an image off the internet and that image is not working for me. SO please be a real designer that is creative and I will be very happy.
