The game must be able to hold up to as many live connections as possible..

There are some more business logic in there that will determine the choice of question as well as how the points are awarded. I will not be revealing here until I have finalise the developer. The rules are not complicated and you won't expect big change to the host to add these business rules.

They included a PHP server for the games but the server is always dropping players, hanging up etc. I am looking for a flash programmer to convert the games from the included PHP server (attached) to the SmartFoxServer. There is pleanty of DOC on the SmartFoxServer and the attached zip file also contains the Game Doc and Server(PHP) manual (pdf)
Familiar with SmartFoxServer and Flash Games is a big Plus. I will be reading reviews and looking at your prior flash work.

We recently appointed one freelancer released half payment and he left the work and didnt even started the game and left me with just homepage design. So i need serious bidders only. And we need the game to be completed as soon as possible because we wasted a lot of time.
