What I need or require:
I already have a website that ranks well in google, with number one and two positions in organic searching for my keywords.
I switched off google adwords when I achieved the high rankings but now I want to switch them on again but this time with full google tracking and analysis.
Basically I don't have the time or skills to do this myself, though I do have google analytics set-up and have been running adword campaigns for other websites over the past years. However I feel now it is time to get a true expert involved.

Person needs to be able to do split testing on pages and come up with alternative suggestions for the home page as well.
