Upgrade Cs Cart Version 2

Hi,
I need someone to upgrade my CS Cart from version 2.05 to the latest version 2.09. Everything must be backed up first, and a copy of CS Cart installed in a subdirectory of my website. Some files have a few modifications, so programmer must ensure all these modifications are included in the new installation. Instructions on how to copy to a new directory are here : http://kb2.cs-cart.com/move-to-another-directory , and instructions on how to upgrade are here : http://kb2.cs-cart.com/how-to-upgrade .
Upgrade can be done via admin panel, and needs to be done one version at a time e.g. 2.05 to 2.06 etc. Should not take long if you are familiar with CS Cart.

3) Fix the 3rd level sub categories in CS Cart. Default feature just need to add them above the parent category and sub category pages where specified in admin panel. (This is a default feature of CS Cart)
4) Fix simple CSS padding issue on a DIV tag.
5) Validate a search box so visitor or customer cannot search without a query. (not null)

The products, images, etc. from the backend need to be transferred from the old to the new. Should be able to do this by exporting the database from the old, and FTPing the image files.
Lastly, the header logo and images need to be transferred into the new 2.0 site.
I can do this project, but do not have the time. I need someone with cart experience with a great feedback rating to award this project to.

We use CS-Cart. You must know this product. We need the following..
1 Make a backup of every thing
2 upgrade the database, not files, of CS-Cart version 1.3.4-SP3 installed up to CS-Cart version 2.0.8.
3 installation of CS-Cart 2.0.8 on our server. CS-Cart 2.0.8
4 Be sure No data will be lost during upgrade
As I am French I will prefer a programmer who speaks French if possible.

of 0 in Size 8 and Size 10 --> if the user searches for a dress in "Size 8 and Size 10" then this particular dress will not appear as it is not in stock in the sizes searched for.

Need PayFast implementation into our CS-CART back-end.
We do not like to allow payment on checkout due not keeping everything on hand.
So it needs to be slightly customized.
Once order status changes to " Stock has been confirmed " he then can be directed to a link to pay in the email and in the users order panel.

I have create a filter, this filter the products by brand (i have create brands in Product_features). this work fine.
When i select this filter i want also to can have option to filter again the results by Categories.
Can everyone do this customization?
