Perl - Payment & User Db

Hi,
This should be a cery quick and easy project for experienced Perl programmer.
We have a 3rd party application that we use to allow users to register on a website. The application is perl based. When a user registers an account is created in MySQL DB.
They then have the option to pay online. Once they have successfully paid online their account is "activated".
The system currently uses WorldPay - and there are also scripts to use PayPal etc..
However we want to use a custom payment processor.
We have the Perl scripts setup/developed to use this payment provider.
What we need is an experienced developer to mark the user account once payment has been completed using the custom payment provider.
So this should be a very simple and straight forward project - as all of the code exists - we simply need developer to tie it together based on the existing WorldPay/Paypal perl scripts.
So we need experienced Perl developer.

Backend for payment page
ls, then clicks either "pay with paypal" or "pay with credit card". User gets sent to 3rd party payment page, and the from with product data details gets sent to my email. Then user is sent back to a "thank you" page.
Don't think I need/want a DB for this. Looking for the fastest/cheapest way to get this done. Do not have a large budget for this.
