I am looking for someone or company that has extensive experience
in programming with MLM Forced Matrix affiliate programs/scripts.
Some very important features are the following:
1. Forced Matrix with automatic matrix compression(rebuild from top to bottom after removing inactive members)
2. Complete Downline viewer for members(own matrix) and admin(complete matrix)
3. Full customizable site, including email templates, public and member pages and so on.
4. Customizable commission structure, including matrix commissions, fast start and residual sponsor bonuses.
5. Multiple payment processors for member upgrades and a manual upgrade option for admin.
6. Referral link format as small and easy as possible, like programdomain.com/Username
7. Full Tracking capabilities

Fast loading and secure processing are key words for this program script.
I need someone that has extensive experience and can show me some past work for references.
This is NOT a project for starter programmers as I expect high quality of work and real involvement(triple checking and inventive thinking) so I can be sure everything works and no bugs need to be patched later.
Think as if this is your own program and be inventive and think with me, not just follow me.
The script needs to be editable and scalable on all aspects.
I always need to have a full decoded version of the script as I don't want to be restricted if I need anything changed in the future by someone else.
Check the current script I am using and you will get the idea.
The reason for this project is very simple as I have already tried no less than four scripts and none of them can handle my program's features. Especially the matrix compression seems to be a breaking point with many scripts out there.

I would like a fully functional script that I can try it out on a website. I hope somebody can do one or that might have already a very similar one reasonably.

its very basic and people can bypass the payments and I do not think its a forced matrix.

The recycling forced matrix is infinite. Newer positions will continue through 2nd, 3rd, 4th, ect. I would require StormPay intergration.
Needs to view/print Payment Reports with Microsoft Excel. I need be able to export complete database to Excel Datasheet for Stormpay masspay feature.
Please let me know if this is doable and then we can get to specifics.
