Db Move From Access To Ms Sql

We have an application which is still using access db and we want to move this to a sql database.
The move to the new db is obviously fairly easy but all the queries within the application could be wrong and potentially not work.
We need any queries or statements to be updated to work with MS SQL 2008 database.
The compiled executable is 1.4Mb and contains everything for the application with the exception of some dll's it uses for some of the controls, its source code will be available, its written in c# and we use visual studio 2005 to edit.
Also conversion to VS2008 would be required too.
Internally my developers tell me there is about one days work to complete this but due to other projects and time constraints we can not do this internally.

3) six triggers (~400 lines of code)

I have tried using the Database Utility in MS Access without success.
I can supply the database in MS Excel if that is easier for you.

We have tried running large XML files in CF but run into timeout issues. I would like a better solution for larger files.
Would prefer CF but if a PHP solution is going to be rock solid, we will go with that.
Will supply test data when required and SQL Server table information.

Use the Expression template feature wherever a layout is repeated.
Generally do polishing.
Test on 3 top browsers at 3 popular screen resolutions.
Move unused files to _privateunused.
No files should be duplicated.
Images should go in the image folder generally.
Zip file will be provided.
We have three additional websites if first project is done well.
