Backup Script For Linux Server

Hello!
I need a script which does the following simple things.
Making a complete backup of my debian linux server each day automatically or by request.
I think that the backup data can be stored with Rsync also on a backup server (I have also virtual server).
If there are any problems with the server I must have the possibility to restore it completely with SSH login even if the server is reinstalled.
I have seen that there are existing solutions, so I think the work is not very many.

I would say look over the script locally first then install it on the server. There is absolutely NO room for mistakes.

I search a server admin for my dedicated server for full server management (server setup,script installations, updates, security, server setting changes, backups, quick support ect.).
At the moment Linux Server with LxAdmin (you have to install first).
You have to be available on skype for a few hrs every day!

install streaming script on Linux server
in a while (no matter the streaming program used) (example: rtsp://domain.com/channelname/?TICKET=064c527 change to rtsp://domain.com/channelname/?TICKET=0434g7w) and play another channel on the old “ticket”.
The change in stream url system should be reported to the web player on the website once it happens.
It is a simple project for someone who knows the script and knows how to install it.

Backup Script on Linux Host
I need a backup script creating on a Linux hosting server with CPanel and Cron access.
Script needs to:
1. Backup a MySQL database to a local directory on a weekly basis
2. Backup all WWW files and compress them to a single archive on a 2 weekly basis
Script should send email confirmation as each job is completed or failed.

I must be able to enter any full path within my server (eg /home/u27520/temp/ or /home2/desk2web/temp/bikes/ etc etc)
Hope this is enough information, if not just ask.
I need this quickly, but I can get it produced by my data centre staff for $ 40 - but if you can do it quicker/cheaper then you get the job :)
