We are looking for a Developer or team to create all the functionality we require for this automated Internet radio station.
It will have similar functionality to www.liveireland.com.
I have provided a number of documents with overview and a full spec of the requirements. Although The attached docs also spec out the graphic design work. I DO NOT want you to do this only the programming and development work.

Phased development allowing go-live phases as soon as is possible.

e logo should incorporate the name in a modern look. The feel should be of a cool modern radio station that is commercial. The target audience of the station is for the expat segment. Most of the time the logo will be on a black background but not always.
Since the station can be heard around the world, the logo should have a feeling of "global reach".

An application will need to be installed on three Windows computers in order for the talk break files to be downloaded onto specific directories on those computers.
The application will be able to be programmed by the user to download files at a scheduled time.
A confirmation email (or error email) must be sent to a user nominated email address once the download has completed (or failed).

Internet radio station
d like to set up an internet radio station for it.
I would not require any live broadcasting. I would only want to have all of my artists songs randomly played, but be able to to schedule certain blocks of time for other things, i.e. the station would play random music all day, but from 2:00 pm untill 3:00 pm it would play a pre-recorded interview etc.

Custom App for Internet Radio Station
I'm looking to create an app allowing the user to stream audio as well as meta-data of a shoutcast-based internet radio station. In addition, allow the user to view the google-calendar schedule for the station.

I prefer this to be done in Joomla as it is the CMS i know the most. If it needs to be done using another PHP framework this is okay too. We could use .NET at a stretch but I prefer PHP.

The listeners are based in UK and US and Canada . We will start with 2 hrs per day streaming for ~50-100 concurrent listeners. We plan to scale up after positive response to 1000 concurrent listners and 24/7 coverage. If we are satisfied with phase 1 the scale up task will be yours too.
Please respond ONLY if you have experience with this. No time for learning curves!
