I need someone to write a web-based ordering system for posting translation job order. Around 10 pages. Prototype has been created. Looking for someone familar with the b1gMail web based email system. Currently running this at http://investigations.net/email and it the update needs ran. I know this because it shows in the admin area of the site an update needs ran but I have no idea how to do this and the support forums are all in German. I can't read a word of it.
