What we are looking for:
Senior Windows System Engineer/Architect. Experienced IT professional with over 7-10 years of professional experience specializing in Microsoft Windows Server environments. Professionalism, communication and commitment to quality and work are highly desired.
Part of a team that manages and administers 150+ windows servers both physical and virtual in a non- production environments providing tier 1& 2 support as well as tier 3 support for production when necessary.
Project examples are Citrix upgrade, Server consolidation, The Position is 50% SA and 50% project related. Someone who is STRONG and confident with scripting such as VB, WSH, WM and also strong with Active Directory.
Documentation for team manager. Thorough and complete documentation in a timely fashion.
Systems: Microsoft Windows 2000/2003/2008 & MS-DOS Architect
Networks: Windows 2000/2003/2008 Active Directory Architect
Network Apps: Active Directory (need to be an ace & AD), DNS, DHCP, WINS,
IIS, SNMP

Programming: VB Script, ADSI, WSH, WMI, NT Batch,
Automation: Scripting, Unattended Installations, Logon Scripts
Applications: RightFax, Thinprint, Citrix, VMWare, Microsoft Clustering

To find the right staff we usually work with offshore companies in more affordable destinations such as India, Pakistan, Philippines and Eastern Europe and Latin America. The company will need to have proper infrastructure in term of broadband internet and generator to make sure we provide a professional working environment.
For this specific project although this contract is only for a month, our target is to keep you on a permanent basis.
Our process usually consists of interviewing the staff before supplying him to the client under our Brand. We actually going to do most of the management so there won't be much management cost to you besides making sure that the office still works and the staffs come in on time. In return we expect really good prices enough to give good value to our clients and make some profit ourselves
While we try to be flexible most clients do demand North American Office hours.
