As client has small budget, we are outsourcing the following project:

Similar site: The client would like a site of a very similar style to http://www.racingpost.com/
Style type: Tall box (small border all around, 900px wide)
Coding: CSS + XHTML
Color Scheme: Dark Green + White (team colours)
Additions:
Cafepress shop integration
Phpbb forum setup
Drop Down CSS Menu (javascript if possible)
Logo Improvements
Various others
Website Design needs to be 'protruding' from background, logo also needs improvements to look better and protrude from background.
Client Information: Client is competent with FTP and is used to using Microsoft Frontpage to update his current website, client would prefer to continue using Frontpage but would be satisfied with a content management system.
Pages: Aproximately 36, however, once the CSS template is created, we can create each of the pages.
Budget: IT IS A SMALL CLUB, BUDGET IS VERY SMALL, BIDS OVER $ 150 CANT BE ACCEPTED, THE LOWEST BID WILL PROBABLY WIN!

a simple football fan club website. It must have a member area where the members of funclub put a short desciption of themselfs, pictures and a part where to be albums with pictures and movies from matches.
It must be in PHP, and have an administration part in behind, from where to manage the news from the website, some banner campaings, articols, archives, members.. etc.
Also, the site must ahve an language file, to easily be translated in several languages.
