Odds Comparison Software

I am looking to get a bit of software written that runs on a website and compares odds between a number of bookmakers and bet exchanges, then pulls the figures together in a nice table/database for the user.

The basic idea is to bring the best of the 2 ones above and put them together into 1.
• odds comparison between one bookmaker and bet exchange
• continuously scan betting odds of different bookmakers (Approximately 50)
• refresh the data in maximum of 5 minute periods
• sort by event, date, odds, etc
• calculator to simplify the calculation of stakes
I need to allow access to members only. Members will be able to register and login after paying a fee.
They will pay a monthly fee to maintain their membership and hence be able to log in. If they stop paying a monthly membership, they will not be able to login in and use this software. If this monthly membership causes any concern, it may be possible to do a one off fee instead.
Project Specifics:
1. Number of sports compared - Can you tell me how many different sports you will be able to compare with your program and how this effects the cost of the project. The more sporting events that you can compare the better, as long as it is cost efficient for me.
2. Payment and access. Integration - I am not sure how the monthly membership payment and login access integration will work, so I need advice on the best way to take payment and how this works. Can it be done via clickbank? As in, I know how to accept monthly payments, but can you integrate this with them losing their membership, if they don't pay in month 3 (for example). Hence, maybe another membership software/site may need to be used. This is not an essential part of the project.
3. Free Bet List - I need to have a list of free bet offers that integrate with the calculator:

The list will be similar to the above. I imagine this is checked on a daily or weekly basis at each of the bookmakers websites and manually updated in a database of some sort. Please comment on your thoughts on how this is updated, as obviously, automation would be better. Otherwise, I can manually update.
4. Calculator/Table of Odds Details – I want a drop down menu that pulls information from the free bet list and lets the user select any of these bookmakers, which are then compared to the bet exchange lay odds.
A table is brought up containing odds on different events from the online bookmaker and the user can then click a link on any of the events in the table to bet on these events at odds and amounts calculated via the calculator part of this software. I will provide all necessary mathematics/formulas. Further detail on this will be given when you bid/ask for further details of it.
5. Betting Log – When users login, they will have access to the bet matching software described above and I also want to provide them with a way of keeping track of the accounts that they have and how much money they make. It needs to be a table/database that they can input details in and save them. So that when they log out and return, these details have been saved.

6. Time Frame – Please give me a rough indication of the time frame that you expect to complete this in. I am aware that you might have to ask me questions before doing so.

looking to add an odds comparison software to it where odds are compared from 50+ bookmakers in real time.
This must be customisable so my members can choose how they want to compare odds i.e. certain bookmaker vs betfair (lay), or arbitrage bets etc...

I also want to know how you suggest handling the on-going administration as different bookmakers have different systems and it must all end up in one uniform collection of events.
