I need a nice designed website in 24 hours. The site will use the following technologies PHP/Action Script/HTML/CSS the site is a company information type website to display company products and services. Yes the deadline is 24 hours, needs to be complete, evaluated and delivered in that deadline. For development budget, to meet deadline I try to set a good rate for such a quick turn around. Budget for the site is $ 3250 US. Im hiring quick, must have good design. ink you cannot make it exactly like it is now, please do not bid on the project! Again this is a very strong requirement. The site has to look exactly like the design, no compromises.
As an attachement you can find the complete specs you are bidding on. So please quote a fixed price for the whole project as described in this document. I have also added a timeline, but if you can do it faster, that's ok as well :-)
