quickly. The form is working at http://www.harmonytakeoffs.com/contact.php. However, when the form is submitted without required fields filled in, it returns a blank form without any messaging. User should receive messaging that required fields are missing.

The php contact form is already written, just need Ajax added to it. jQuery should be used to disable and set value for button, reset form and to fade in/out form elements.

The file which handles the form here, is called "ModuleChangeRequest.php", and it?s within the folder /modules
You?ll see calls to the Mailer class there, and the mailer class is within public_html/classes/phpmailer/Mailer.php

Need a good php programmer to fix some bugs on a php site.
Site have catpcha and some times when user write the captcha exactly as show on image ,it show error and say that enterd info is incorect.
Some bug like these need to fix

We have an existing PHP form online that is not submitting the data to the DB. It is a simple form with just a few fields, and in firebox console it shows a json object response as success = 'false' when submitting.

Need asap, form will be shown to qualified bidders via pmb.

creating ( different fields on each page) so that this list becomes a form based page displaying 5 records ( with the option to change the number displayed) a list of links to the next pages, and a submit button that updates all the records displayed.

I have a working version of each page displaying a single record , so a lot of the PHP exists.

The PDF shows the existing page and the layout of the 2 new forms
