As client has small budget, we are outsourcing the following project:
Site Description: Small football club website.
Style type: Tall box (small border all around, 900px wide)
Coding: CSS + Xhtml
Colour Scheme: Dark Green + White (team colours)
Additions: Javascript Lightbox Gallery
Forum (MyBB Probably)
Drop Down CSS Menu (javascript if possible)
Logo Improvements
Shop, paypal intergration, maybe cafepress intergration
Design needs to be 'protruding' from background, logo also needs improvements to look better and protrude from background.
Client Information: Client is competent with FTP and is used to using Microsoft Frontpage to update his current website, client would prefer to continue using Frontpage but would be satisfied with a content management system.
Pages: Aproximately 36, however, once the CSS template is created, we can create each of the pages.
Budget: IT IS A SMALL CLUB, BUDGET IS VERY SMALL, BIDS OVER $ 100 CANT BE ACCEPTED.

a simple football fan club website. It must have a member area where the members of funclub put a short desciption of themselfs, pictures and a part where to be albums with pictures and movies from matches.
