Programmer must not just import database, but configure it to function on the new server as it does on the old server. No changes required at all, just need a working version of the current website on the new server. Old site is currently up and running and both old and new servers are running Win 2003 with Plesk. how it was yesterday. I dont know why changing the password to the database file would change the password for the user logins?
When we try to login to our event planer we get the following error.

We have an admin panel already, where we can define the primary keyword, which is e.g. #sports or #wc2010 and a set of secondary keywords which are fixed and cannot be changed.

In admin panel is also a threshold limit, e.g. only display results of those pairs of keywords with more than X number of tweets, otherwise the interface will be very messy.

The compiled executable is 1.4Mb and contains everything for the application with the exception of some dll's it uses for some of the controls, its source code will be available, its written in c# and we use visual studio 2005 to edit.

Also conversion to VS2008 would be required too.
