Wordpress + Fml Theme

I want to use a wordpress blog to create a new site that is 1/2 Wordpress and 1/2 fmylife dot come. There may be a script or plugin already I just do not know of one.
The top portion of the blog will work like a regular wordpress blog,
where I will feature an image and an intro of the story.
There will be additional navigation on the right column, so the layout will be 2 column, 80/20 split.
the bottom portion will have the FML look and allow users to submit mini post, comment on those post, vote (anonymously). I have a detailed sketch of how the site will work I need to know if I can get this completed.
