Change Or Edit Wp Blog Theme

Hi,
My blog http://staging1.alekseyvaynerblog.com/ is structurally sound, but graphically suffering.
I would like you to either change the Wordpress Theme of my blog to the one used here http://www.michelfortin.com/, thereby making all the fixes I want done, OR have the following edits completed on the current theme.
The quick fixes and edits I would like done:
- The following changes can be seen done here:http://rayedwards.com/ Edit font of my name and width of primary navigation buttons. Make the blue color lighter, format the text (left of photo) better, and have the same photo from waist-up.
- Fix the submit button under email capture, privacy text, and just check that email ends up in my Aweber account (it should be done already).
- Actual Blog Posts - ALL of the following changes are done here: http://www.michelfortin.com/ - I want to see every blog post “framed,” have a size limit on front page and then move onto a different page via “Read the rest or post a comment »” feature. Make sure all “text” on the actual blog is black (not gray), and set default font for blog posts to a larger Georgia font. Add "last 5 posts," "About the Author," same "comments section" for posts, & integrate promotions / Google adds to a post.
- minimal small changes on other tabs
My budget is $ 25 to make the edits and $ 50 if you will be able to transfer my blog to WP Theme used at http://www.michelfortin.com/ while preserving the content and backend functionality of my blog.
When bidding please specify whether you proffer to do the edits or change the theme.

Note: Apart from updating the new theme, some simple changes to the css is to be made. (eg. shades of blue change to shades of purple)

Wordpress Blog Theme & Customization
I'm currently using a free template for my WP blog. I would like to use Thesis now, but I need some additional field customization, widgets, and template illustration design. I would also like to add some CSS animation or flash in select areas. Interested in having an intro page as well. Looking to have a completely new design for my blog.
