Build me a Killer Blog
I need someone to design and upload a blog to my host.
The blog needs to have similar features as the one shown here detoxdietzone com/ although it will be in a different niche.
Videos: I need to customize this section to include videos from specific keywords, users, playlists, etc...
Contact Page and About Page: The contact page should be customizable so I can post your own contact script on it. The about page is also customizable.
Sidebar: The sidebar should consists of a sponsor banner (Clickbank 50%-65% commission on each sale!), tag coud, categories, page listing, and an Adsense block.
Opt in form - i need an opt in form to work with my autoresponder so i can offer a free gift
Monetization
Adsense: These ads are placed at the best possible locations on each and every page of the website which includes every single post. Ads are automatically implemented into a new post once it is submitted.
Amazon: A specially made Amazon store link containing products related to the niche to be in the top menu of every page. This store can easily be customized to include different kinds of related products,
Clickbank: Clickbank products advertised on every page at the top and in the sidebar.

Moving a wordpress blog from Godaddy to Hostgator...Help

I actually already have my addon domain in hostgator set up, I've installed wordpress and even installed the backup sql files from godaddy to hostgator however I dont know if everything is set up correctly. I think you get what I am saying. I just want it cleaned up and looking the best it can possibly look.
I will only leave this open for a few days because I want to get this done relatively quickly.
