Webcam Studio Plugin Modify

We have a PPM Webcam Community based off datetopia software.
We are looking to modify our existing video chat PPM site. Need someone with PHP, MySQL knowledge.
We are looking to integrate a more robust studio/agency plug in from what is all ready included. Where studios can sign up and from there can register and assign user name and passwords to his models through studio login and keep track of all his models and earnings.
A studio plug in already exists, we just need it customized, with extra user names and passwords for each model under studio account. As of now models under studio use master studio login. Which we needs to change. The way the models under the studio view their stats would change as well...
As of now they all user master studio password and access their profile theirin after. Which allows them to also see the earnings of other studio models under that studio password.
It should be simple with few fields added to database and modifying the code.
I am savvy enough to help out the programmer as well to aid them in anyway to make things streamlined and faster.
Look forward to working with the winner. And perhaps creating a long term business relationship, as we are always updating and changing.

Wordpress Plugin Modify
s project is to modify the plugin so that it will only create a link for the first instance of each keyword within a particular post or page, rather than every instance as it does at the moment. This will require a small modification to the plugin PHP code.
I will provide the plugin as a ZIP file for you to setup on one of your own wordpress blogs for testing. You will provide the modified file or files for me to test on the wordpress blog linked to above.

3D Studio Max - modify existing project - revised project.

Then, After the those 5 seconds, I want to zoom-IN AGAIN to the inner part, and show it for 4 seconds and then morph/transpose to the movie of the REAL device (still in a zoomed in scene).
This needs to show a 'from animation to real device'.
Last, it needs to fade out/morph and show the image of the actual device in sea.
On the bottom right corner, the movie needs to show http://wavemotor.net at all times

If you know 3D Studio Max good, you should have no problem doing this very quickly.
We may want to convert the movie to flash output (flv) so that it can be put on the web for
