Magento Custom Work Needed
Required skills: PHP, Magento
I require someone to do all the following work which is creating a magentocommerce based store with custom mods.
Design
The follow layout will need to be used as the primary theme for the website. I have the original PSD & sliced HTML version but not CSS version. This layout has top row 1 for navigation links, row 2 main category tabs then the blue bar for sub category tabs to contain links.
Right navigation will contain cart and other stuff. Footer will have normal footer links such as site map. Below this footer it will simple linked images for things like credit card logos, SSL security stamp etc.

The design will need to be CSS coded for the best possible SEO results. The design needs to be created as a theme in Magento and work with every module purchased or custom written. Every part of the website must match this theme. The body is the normal Magento layout but using 1 pixel grey borders and blue headers. Additional screen shot, code, psd, images will be supplied
Content pages that are created must automatically be added to the navigation system based on what category/sub category the page is in.

The following modules need to either be cloned to do exactly the same or purchased, installed and themed. To get the job done quickly I would suggest we purchase as many as possible then modify them if needed and only write from scratch where no module is available. I'm also open to sub contracting out work so if we are buying a module that needs something doing to it we can pay the developer of that module.

Addon is needed to this, when a purchase order/delivery booking in sheet is closed it should provide a printable page sticker size which has the po number on line and item name on line2 for each item on the po.

An additional option is required. We need sales to work as normal with this helpdesk but support and billing emails would not be able to be emailed directly. Customer would to go through a wizard first ebay style. They select the topic first, it then lists sub topics, then lists questions, they can then select a question if it matches with displays the answer on the page, if not they click a link to make a ticket by contacting support. When doing so they also should be given a list of orders and the option to select one that's related to the question. I've contacted aheadworks twice regarding this custom but never got a response.

HSBC Remote Payment Gateway Module v0.9 $ 45
Needs to support 3D Secure services with HSBC API. If the payment fails it should store a copy of the order as a quote on the customers account and mark it as Payment Failed or work with http://www.magentocommerce.com/extension/1151/abandoned-carts-alerts so we can follow up on the order. The customer may have spent a lot of time selecting options on the system builder products so we don't want them to have to lose what they selected.

Custom Work
Address Verification
The system needs to support the following address security system. On the order it has the billing address which is the cards registered address. Then any additional shipping addresses added via the checkout or the address book later on should add the address as “Unverified”. The backend is then given a link to click which prints out a letter containing a unique pin number, this is posted to the customers BILLING address. The customer then inputs that unique pin number into the website which marks the shipping address as verified. Orders must not be able to be invoiced/shipped until the shipping address allocated to the order has been verified.
Order Serial Numbers
We need an option to be able to assign a serial number to each order. This just needs to be a field where we type the number in. It must check if the number has been used before and not allow. This should be stored on the invoice etc.
Order Management
The following script or a clone version of it will be used to manage stock coming in.

Once an order has confirmed that stock is available to complete it must then go through a series of order status changes (during a 2 week period we build the order so the customer needs to know the status changes and we can see what department it's with) an example of the status but not the full list..
All Parts Picked (this means the order has all stock available to build)
Building Started (the product is being built)
Building Finished (the product has been built and now in a testing queue)
Testing Started (testing has now started)
Testing Finished (testing finished and it's in a queue to be packed)
Packing Started (packing started)
Packing Finished (packing finished and being dispatched)
Invoiced & Shipped (product completed, order shipped)
We need to be able to login as a specific user to process these order status changes by “order serial number” so for example, we log in, we click a link “scan order testing started” when we click this it asks for serial number of order, we type that in, we click go the order status is changed to “testing started” the customer is emailed and the status, date, time are logged on the order for the customer under the account comments section. It needs to support any number of status levels in any order.
Order Picking
I'm not sure how much of magento or http://www.magentocommerce.com/extension/1155/purchase-stock-logistic-management-module by default will support this requirement. When the order is placed we need to be able to print off an order sheet which is a copy of the order and the serial number must be displayed as barcode. Only Admin needs to print this out which will be used for picking.
Order View – Admin Comments History
We need a drop down box here which has templates of responses. Basic admin support to add responses. So we would choose category, it would then list all the template responses, we click one and it puts it in the text box (this is to save typing the same comment over and over)
UPS Shipping
We require a UPS shipping module (I couldn't find one) or if it's not available then a simple CSV export of the orders details is fine.
Returns
This module needs to support the customer returning a faulty item for repair/replacement, it needs to work along with the order status, comments, stock, and purchase order modules.
Example of what would happen..
Goods shipped
Customer reports fault
Admin assign an RMA number (000001) which is unique for this return but linked to faulty order
If the item is less than 28 days from invoice date we offer free collection
If over 28 days customer skips collection parts.
Customer logs in view the RMA
Customer ticks all the items on the order which are faulty. It could be 1 or all.
Customer selects address they want collection from (from address book) & return address.
Customer submit RMA.
Customer is given a printable page which is a copy of the faulty items, the order /rma number, barcode which is RMA number, customer sent email confirming.
Admin panel sees the request and books the job with UPS.
Admin enters UPS collection number which is displayed on user page, customer gets email with further instructions of things to do manually.
Admin gets goods delivered back
We then need to be able to process it like a new order in the back end with order status changes, comments on, change components going into stock/purchase order system etc.
System Builder
This is the main part of our website and has to be the best. From this the customer can change as many options as they want on the product. I've tested this with Magento and it seems using a config product we can do this but we require the layout to be different. I hope this can be done by creating a theme and then assigning theme & blocks to the products which need this layout.
It requires the price bar which updates without reload to be down the right navigation which follows them down the page as they scroll. Clicking the category name will popup a window and display product data such as photo, specs etc for each product. Below the drop down we need to be able to set most popular items with a link, when clicked ajax box pops up with product spec.
Once the customer has finished selecting the options they need to then be able to do the following..
Save it as a quote (I thought possibly change the wish list to be called Quotes) This saves all the options they have selected into one quote and assigns it a quote number which is then available to order for 5 days. They can edit this and save it again which saves it as a new quote or they can order it as it is which takes it from quotes into the cart. After 4 days it should email the customer saying the quote is about to expire. Once expired it should be marked as expired. The add to cart link should be removed but they can still edit it which would be making a new quote.
Save it & ask question at the same time so they have a text box at the bottom of the page where they can write questions in. This question shows in admin. Admin replys which is sent by email and front end can view on the quote page.
It's important that the items in the drop down box are real SKU items which are treated as products that work in the system like all others.
It should remember the options they have selected in a cookie/session? So if they move to a different config product and come back the items they have selected are still selected.
Other Notes
Google Checkout must be enabled & working & needs a rule adding to add 1.8% surcharge.
PayPal Checkout should be enabled & working but a rule adding that it is only available on orders below ?600 and incurs a surcharge of 1.8%
A Knowledge base/FAQ system is required. I couldn't find any modules but might be something?
Would also be interested in support for either a module forum if one has been made or the option to automatically create an account in a 3rd party forum script based on the details when registering.

I have a Magento custom layout that needs minor changes to the placement and alignment of the layout.
Magento Custom Extension - Weighted Bundled Products
B (1 hours) Subject-CC (1 Hours) and Subject-LL (1hours) to complete the bundled product.
The best way I could think to do this is to use weight as the hourly time measure ie 1KG = 1Hour and bundled products. So you would be purchasing a 5kg bundled product with a mandatory simple product in the bundle.
Any suggestions or other solutions will be considered, as long as the solution is easy to use for the store owners.
