A simple and fast job for anyone who can do this.
Give accurate estimation of completion date and working demos by dates within +-2 days range at most.
This domain appraisal script will ask users a series of 7-8 questions depending on the domain name. Logic is provided and directions to be exact. The script will calculate the value of the domain name using the logic described below. Give me an estimate of completion date by. A demo date by. Bid only if you can communicate on a regular basis, if you have problems with communicating and cannot complete project by date of estimation given +-2 days don?¦t bid.
How this works: Each if statement will calculate the value and multiply that by the next progressive stage
Ie. 3 characters=1,000
Dot com =x3
So value 1,000x3=3,000 USD
So forth until all the conditions are accounted for
What is required:
-Need to create admin login panel to change variable values.
- To be pay when script is uploaded, tested and works completely before transferring to my server.
-Need to create a yearly count of domain appraisal and display ?§Domain appraised to date is ________??
-Need to create a database to store domain names appraised. And call them up when similar names exists.
So if there are 3 appraisals like USA.Com, USA.Info, and USA1.Net ie. When terms are the same such as ?§USA?? appraisal would call up database and say ?§Similar names appraised are:?? List the names and their monetary values with date of appraisals.
The logic/Formulas
1)Length of domain name (script will auto calculate this value, not a question)
2 char =15000
2 char with letters and number combo=1,500
3 characters or less =1500 points
3char with letters and numbers combination =150
4 char =450 points
4 char with letters and numbers combo=45
5 char=120 points
5 char with letters and numbers =12
6 char =40 points
6 char with letters and numbers combo =4
7char=10 points
7char with letters and number combo or 7 characters or more=3points
Penalty if:
Letters include: X, Z, F, Q, W,
Penalty is =x.84
If letters include: A,O,E, N
Bonus is =x1.1
If both include penalty and bonus, apply penalty first
2) Extension (script calculate this value) require: have a pull down so users can choose domain extension from the list once they type in the name. User do choose extension from pull down. Ask ?§What extension is this??

Multiply by 1 if search is less than 1,000
1000+= x1.01
5,000+=x1.05
10,000+=x1.1
Etc., each 1,000= 0.01
So 100,000= (1+value)=x2
6) Alexa rank (Default is x1) ask ?§What is the ranking of this domain name on Alexa using this link http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo , I f no rank write 0??.
If rank is greater than 20 mil or not rank it is multiply by x1
If rank is 15,000,000 to 20,000,000 =x1.05
If rank is 10,000,000 to 15,000,000 =x1.075
If rank is 7,500,000 to 10,000,000 =x1.1
If rank is 5,000,000 to 7,500,00 x1.125
If rank is 2,500,000 to 5,000,000 x1.15

After answering all the questions.
Script will calculate monetary (money value) and say ?§Domain ________________ is appraised at $ X dollars??.
If x is less than $ 50 USD then replace that with
?§Domain ______________is appraised to be worthless.?? Put a big unhappy smiley there. ?? in red.
If domain is appraised from 50-1,000 put one green big smiley on the page next to numeric value
If domain is appraised at 1,001-10,000 put two green big smiley on the page next to the numeric value.
If domain is appraised at 10,001+ put 3 big happy smiley in green there.
These questions will be display as a summary of the factors so that users can see conditions.
Make sure the fonts are large enough to be seen and fit on one page, make sure there is enough space for the final value calculation and have that in the middle of the page somewhere.
