We are an IT company which want to outsource this project. We will evaluate the bids according to technical skills and the quotation.

Users can submit race their times to an online database by taping the submit button.

You will be responsible for building the app and building the area and leaderboard code for the online website. The website itself will be built by me, the only area you will build is the leaderboard and the data being sent to it.

If you bid on this please let me know how you will create it and if you have any past experience with Iphone apps and GPS systems please send me links.

Showing the location of the user and a list of HotLocations. (HotLocations are predetermined locations based on an address or GPS coordinates) in a given area.

Preference will be given to programmers that can program app so that it can easily be converted to an iPhone app and those with positive scriptlance user history. Although, the Android app is what is needed for this project.
