Redirect 301 Mod Rewrite Exper

d I didn't know how to do the correct redirect, search engines, Google specially is taking this new URLS as a Duplicated Content.

I'm looking for a PHP and Apache expert that knows how to do this redirect correctly with Mod-Rewrite.

If an user get this link wherever: domain.com/directory1/word-var1-var2-word.jsp I want he goes to the new URL: domain.com/directory2/var1-var2-word.aspx

Since our main site has already been indexed by the search engines, we need to make sure we have a 301 redirect from old dynamic urls to new static urls to avoid duplicate content and so spiders can easily pick up the 301 and pass the scores and index the new urls.

In addition, in case a person clicks on one of the old dynamic urls, we want to make sure it forwards to the new static url to avoid a 404 error.

Query String is the default setting. Mod Rewrite only works on an Apache server.

What I need is someone who can create a script or change the mod rewrite so when a MP3 file is clicked, a flash player plays instead. I have a php script that will accept the variables as such:

index.php?artist=ARTIST&song=SONGNAME&rand=RANDOM_ID

Artist will always be set. Song name and random_id will not always be set. However, it is safe to assume that if the random_id is set, song_name will also be set.
