Flash Slideshow From Xml

Hello,
I need a slideshow script written in AS3 that displays data from an XML file that I will provide.
Mainly I want the flash to display the info from each <piece></piece> block for x seconds than fade to the next block (nice transition between bocks).
The slideshow will be part of my flash header so the slideshows .fla should be easy to modify for me (the dynamic text fields and the image holder (place and size) easy to move around when I change my headers design).
I can post a link to the header I am actually using in PMB if you want.
The AS (max.AS3) should be well documented because I might want to add a dynamic text field later and it should be clear where to enter the additional code. I have some knowledge about flash so this shouldn't be a problem if you explain me how to do it.
The text displayed will be in English, Spanish and German so it is important that special characters are displayed correctly!! (?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?)
The automatically generated XML file looks like in the attached file but it can be adjusted if necessary.

I need a flash slideshow that uses XML to load in all the images. There should also be a way on the bottom to click through the slides.

The area size will probably be 796 wide x 300 high for the image area, scroll bar and vertical borders will be in addition to the 300 height.
I will give this to the first person who sends me links to similar slideshows they have done. I suspect there will be some people who already have one of these made as they are so simple. I did have a look for a pre made one but none I found were simple enough.

Flash Slideshow From Folder
"/Flash/Slideshow.swf?Folder=/Images/Slides/"
Something like that. That way, whether there are 3 JPG images or 10 JPG images in the /Images/Slides/folder, the Flash will see and loop through them.
And if the path to the Slideshow.swf is simply SRC="/Flash/Slideshow.swf", without the Folder variable, it will look in the current folder, which is /Flash/.
I hope this helps clarify. If this isn't possible, please PMB me with your ideas or other solutions.

quires simple animation and tweening. Both will need to be able to capture the text and image information from a XML file.

Variables To Swf From Xml
e and ns.play will all have times and layers set via the xml file.
i just dont know how to do this from the xml.

This is the phone selector for a Spanish phone company (you might guess which one!) and that is the application I wish to clone. We have information in XML that is the data source for the flash application.
