The company who bids on this project has to be a company that gives ongoing support as needed. I will only deal with Companies (not individuals on this project) I need a team of people that know what they are doing and can provide proof of past work on large projects.

ACH SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS
1. Date Base.
General data base with all client information.
All clients in unique, individual, account file. In addition to the general file.
Stores backups of all documents.
Search by Name, Entity name, SSN, TIN or any other unique tag.
2. Payment Processing.
Integrated into system, or functional link to processing software, must have credit card and check by fax processing/payment system.
Must be automated approval process for internet orders.
Provides daily activity summary and detail reports.
Links to financial institution for incoming and outgoing receipts and payments as well as money transfers to alliances.
3. Auto Responder System.
System automatically sends emails to clients at specified points in the process.
System will populate email and name from data base.
Can add new email easily into system.
Can send emails to individual clients or specified groups.
Can use for ongoing general training and Information emails as well as for critical information/dates reminders.
4. Legal Documents.
When preparing entity documents links to data base for specific client/account information and populates information from data base into documents.
Ability to tell system to prepare documents, 1 or 2 entities, which state, type of entity which all links back to data base, populates information, and prepares documents.
Work flow tracking, scheduling and reporting.
5. Financial.
Contains financial software or links to financial software such as Quick Books, Excel or other similar programming.
Prepares financial reports.
