School Website Psd Layout

I am looking for a PSD layout for a school website.
I'm not too sure how I'd like it to look, so I'd like a few preliminary designs, before finalisation.
A site I like the look of is: http://www.hartshill.warwickshire.sch.uk, but I'd obviously like it done in the school's own colour scheme.
A picture is attached of the school's current website layout, to give you an idea of the colour scheme. Logos, etc. will be sent on accepting the job.
The example site it designed by e4education and has done a number of websites. Here is a page for inspiration: http://www.e4education.co.uk/page_viewer.asp?page=Secondary+Schools&pid=6.
Once again, this is for the PSD layout only, and any special fonts associated with the layout.
Need this doing ASAP.

I need someone to take photoshop design slices and code them. Its a six page website with two forms (a contact form, and a menu form that sends an email). Simple project for someone. The picture is attached.

instead it should be php coded especially or another CMS that I may be unaware of (please show me backend examples if you propose a different system)

Elementary School Website Redesign by dmbradford
Need to redesign elementary school website to look similar but not exactly like the following school's website at this link www.trinitychristian.com . You can go to www.connetus.com/northparkway to view all files, folders, etc. Need a flash intro. Will provide layout for the website and all updated photos, documents, etc to chosen bidder. This has to be done in 3 days max once awarded.
