we are looking for
someone/company to set up an online high street type of business ("a
global online shopping mall") in which there is one mall for each
country, and in each mall there are unlimited number of shops for
venders to register and upload their products - one vender, one shop. Once a country mall has been done and then it can be
copied to other countries.
this may also need to be content controlled via CMS
something like http://www.alibaba.com/
we already have a demo running of the site running at http://www.taaffe.ltd.uk/Testing/Dressary/
but this is written in perl, idealy we would like php.

I am looking for a site similar to www(dot)PointShop(dot)com. It is an online shopping mall where merchants can easily build a small-scale online store within a larger shopping mall. Each merchant has separate policies and checkout systems. Please review the example site thoroughly before bidding. retail management software as well. Looking for high-ends graphic
with clean views. We are selling arts works, so the site must be in
good clean shape. and CREATIVITY for the GRAPHIC must meet our
requirement.
The deadine for this project must be within 2weeks after we agree
