I would like to be able to serve my own video ads, imagess, and text over selected videos in my local videos folder.

Basically, we are trying to serve our own ads to our player rather then use a adserver website.

I need someone to build a flash video player exactly like the one attached. Video file needs to be imported from a url so we can change it out if needed with others easily. This will need all functionality as seen in the attached file. Player also needs options in the coding for repeat and stop at end. Graphic background needs to show transparent as well so it sits ontop of the website background nicely.

Currently, we have a basic player on a html page. But, we need this flash player to streaming instantly! At the moment, the player only downloads video at a certain speed.

WE WANT THE ViDEO TO instantly be able to skip forward, backwards etc. etc.

Our server is a Media Server, so I only think we need to customize
the flv player for our needs.
